Save 10% off Appraisal Institute online education classes using the following promotion code:
    VFRCS081

Can be used on qualifying education or continuing education. Check out our newer CE offerings:

    - Forecasting Revenue
    - Rates and Ratios: Making sense of GIMs, OARs, and DCF
    - Subdivision Valuation
    - Valuation of Residential Green Properties

Orders must be placed by 12/31/2008.. the promo code will not be valid after that date. Great way to get a deal on last minute CE, and it may be tax deductible for your 2008 taxes.

Isn't it odd that as a dues paying designated member of the Institute, I have not been given any notification of this through the Institute!

The promotion code was actually on page 29 of our third quarter Resources catalog, which was mailed to all Appraisal Institute Members in fall, and is also available from the Appraisal Institute web site at:
    http://www.appraisalinstitute-digital.com/resourcescatalog/2008fall/

I just thought any last-minute CE shoppers that weren't aware of it might be interested as well.
