Fannie has revised this report. The old version is November 2008; the new one is March 2009. The release is scheduled for March 10. Andrew... How soon can we have the new version to download?

April 1, 2009 is the start date unless Fannie announces differently.

AS OF 12:45PM EST, the Nov 2008 version is still on Fannie's website. New one - not posted there......yet.

Can you give us a link to the official source of this information?

    Revised 1004MC

    Hi Doug,

I'm not Andrew but I can answer this for you.

Fannie Mae released this to the software vendors last week. ACI users now have the November version available and will have the revised (March) version available this week. Nova and Appraisal Studio users have the new version available now.

Is it ironic or a coincidence that the start date for this fiasco is April fools day!!

    Thanks

    Rich:

Thanks for your quick reply. Good to hear from you. I am reviewing two software programs for Ann, one of which I beta tested.

These also will be ready as the change is largely confined to the ratio/percentage issue.

Kudos to ACI for quickly adapting.

    Regards,

    Doug
