    "import from pdf"
if i have a previous PDF copy only of an appraisal done on a subject I am currently appraising, this feature will extract all the info from that .pdf file into a current .aci report ???
What if the appraisal was performed and signed by a fellow coworker originally not me? is the signature imported too?
i would of course double check all the legal info on the subject property, but with appraisal studio, i would have to manually key in all the info if i had a previous .pdf copy only .... this feature seems great! (or am i understanding it incorrectly ??)

I use ACI but I seriously doubt (and hope) that information can be imported from a PDF. There is an online ACI discussion forum and ACI techies are pretty quick at getting back with answers. Personally I hope no one can ever import my information from a PDF.

From what I have been told, ACI Lighthouse can take another secured .pdf appraisal report and import it so that it can be edited.

Interesting (and not in a good way) I am going to ask right now and see.

Apparently it can be done. It is an "e services" option. I don't know about this e service but other e services cost extra. Wow I am not too happy with this feature, at all
