Is there a website we can check to verify registration? That would be better

Conway, I suspect we will be able to check come 01/01/2010 via the Secretary of State's website.

TS, I have seen the Bill (now Act). Where can I see the proposed rules of the Board regarding AMC's?

I got the email from Dwight. They had a meeting July 29 to take comments on the issue.

The AMC does have to bond in the state. If the APPRAISER does not get the number and completes the report then they will be in violation of AALCB rules.

    I understand and expected that.

    1) Will they publish the new "rules" in readable format?

    2) Where can those affected (AMC's) see what they must do to do business in Arkansas?

All of this is good but we have to start getting the word out.
