I would recommend the Long Island chapter of the Appraisal Institute or the Columbia Society for courses offered at Hofstra. I would also stay away from the mill of Suffolk Co.

Welcome to the forum. Stay away from the Bohemia trainee mill. Total waste of time and money for your prospective apprentice. I recommend the American Real Estate School in Hauppauge, www.americanrealestateschool.com. Excellent instructors.
