    To my knowledge they are based in Portsmouth, NH and have been an "entity" for about 18 to 24 months.

    Nope, they are completely different and still approved in Illinois :)

    FYI - They told me yesterday via email they were adding these as well for IL.

    We expect to release another four courses in IL before the end of 2011, including:
    Site Analysis and Valuation (7hr, July/August - awaiting AQB approval)
    Expert Witness Testimony
    Appraisal Review for Appraisers and Reviewers
    Appraising Distressed Property
