I got a call from a guy representing Appraisers1.com yesterday telling me that for $249.00 per year they would market my business and put lenders in touch with me. They even had an appraisal order for me to offset the cost for the first year. Have any of you good people out there heard of this company. Any thoughts would be most appreciated.

I've been approached by them...and passed.

Appraisers.com has been a good source for me. I really like the listings. The lender can see a brief description of your company while browsing through others. My first four words have grapped more business as I have been told. I always ask new customers how they heard from us and they say Appraisers.com and my first four words caught there eye.

Appraiserusa.com also looks like a good secondary site...
