    CoreLogic product - Fail.

ApprasierSuite effortlessly produces USPAP compliant reports, making it the ideal solution for efficient desktop appraisals.

If only that could be true. Keep dreaming.

As a trainee you should be taliking to your mentor about using his/her software.
As an aside I do not understand why an appraiser would want to buy cheap software.
Buy the very best you can.

Price does not always equate to best. NCV Software is very reasonably priced and is better than most of the high dollar packages I've used.

The old saying that if it sounds too good to be true it probably isn't doesn't apply to NCV software. It sounds too good to be true but it's true.

No, I have not used it and don't see where it would be of any use.

Couch Potato - Why do you think it wouldn't be of use? Is there something better?

If you choose appraisal software that pre-writes your scope, as this does, AND that pre-written scope is less than 10 lines, you MUST realize that you are getting what you pay for: NOTHING.

If you buy appraisal software because it "effortlessly produces USPAP compliant reports", you are a form filler, not an appraiser. Appraisers make USPAP compliant reports, NOT software companies!

I'm not so much interested in the reports but the MLS & PR in one. Anyone have experience with using something that provides both?

I think it looks appealing. And, with my software (Clickforms) up for renewal in 20 days, I'm going to give this a serious look. I'm not sure why some are saying it's not USPAP compliant. Do they know something the lawyers and chief appraiser at Corelogic don't know? I'm curious about the cost. Anyone know?
