Does anyone have any sources for appraising a brew pub, it is a micro brewery with can distribution, a bar and restaurant.

I see you're a trainee. All I can say is your mentor must be one sadistic SOB for dropping something this complicated on you. Ask yourself what exactly are you appraising? Real estate or going concern. Best of luck

If you are doing the real estate, it is a straight-forward appraisal, looking at sales of buildings, rental rates for restaurant buildings, etc. If you are doing the business, it is an analysis of the income stream, potential competition, market trends, etc. Just be sure of your assignment
