Starting July 1 all FMLS photos will be watermarked. I presume that means that they cannot download them without an ID saying they are from the MLS system.

That would be correct. If you look at LoopNet or CoStar, they have small watermarks at the bottom corner too. Skippy will have to steal photos from GA MLS until they watermark theirs photos.

Unless they watermark the whole photo all you would need is the Paint Program in Windows

Around here they are watermarked and they still include them. Skip tends to have a BS comment about being the best representation of the subject blah, blah, blah.

Not to mention that its not a copyright issue in many MLS systems...A swing and a wiff.
