    Progressives have been anti cul-de-sac for at least 30 years..... they finally concocted some research to support their notion. Anytime there's a proposal they don't like, they create research to support their predetermined conclusion, or claim it will make an endangered species extinct. Governance by professors needs to come to an end.

    The tip-off for how this study was going to turn out is in the professor's title. Anything with the word "sustainablity" in its description doesn't bode well for normal people.
