What's the best way to cut/paste/extract/etc comps 1, 2, and 3 from the grid of a "Supplemental Real Estate Owned Appraisal Addendum" to positions 4, 5, and 6 in the 2055_05?

Uh, copy and paste? Probably depends upon your software.

Why not just quickly retype the 6 boxes of info?

Of course I can copy and paste, but man has descended to earth and seeks to become more than mortal and so the search continues to . . . become automated????

p.s. Posting in the ACI section of the Forum might lead one to conclude that the original post pertains to ACI...dhhh???

I don't think you can. You can import comps from Aci research, extract comps from other reports, but they have to be consistent within either the sales grid or REO grids. I don't think you can move comps from REO grid to your sales grid. Only other option for being automated is Datamaster. It will fill in the grid with tax records and MLS data.

If Using Aci, I Could Not Do It.

The Beta Testers Are Ok On 1004-but Aci Cannot Put $ On The Va Repo Form.

    Go Figure.
