    Elliott, looks like auto tracking software to measure the applicant interest. Looks to be linked to filled out data sets by hopeful employees.

    Are they asking online job seekers to state what they will get paid before they find the job they apply for? Where do these numbers come from? Who will be the first to apply just to see?

    They have $13 an hour to spread among 7 applicants?

    $13 is the programer's C&R. If only appraisers got to bill for hours like
    attorneys and programers.

    $13 per hour is the appraiser's pay at $250 per assignment 100 miles away.
