    In the thousands of homes I've been in, most have day pillows on the beds. My wife has 7 on our bed.

    When we go to bed at night, we toss the day pillows on the floor. Is that what everyone does?

    My wife thinks they're necessary. I think they're worthless.

    Can someone enlighten me as to what value they have?

    It's a girl thing. Don't even try to figure it out.

    Unless you're playing "where's Sally?" (the golden retriever). Then you know why all the pillows are there. ;

    In my first house before marriage we had plastic lawn chairs, a big power line spool for a table, beer can pyramid, and GoJo in the kitchen for cleaning hands. When the girl came in, not only did our "furniture" go out.... but in came pillows, potpourri, flowers, and makeup stuff on my side of the sink.

    Try to incorporate the extra "pillers" into the love making ritual. They will mysteriously disappear if you are persistant enough.

    They certainly will disappear if missionary style is your only forte'.
    Come to think of it, the old "table sex" on a rough cut red oak spool could be THE reason it had to go. :shrug: Ahh, so day pillows are indeed good. :beer:
