"Montero is among just 3 percent who say their appraisal income has increased since HVCC"'

"The number of orders has doubled since HVCC; more appraisals and more reviews."

"I think that you have to meet their expectations"

"Set realistic fees, wait and hope for the best"

Now I know what to do...

The secret is that he appraises in Washington State. The appraisers banded together and would not settle for anything less than $400 per appraisal. It worked.

Because of that success, we now have R&C in the law. It is not BECAUSE of the AMC's that he is happy, it is IN SPITE of the AMC's that he is happy.

Just one example of one of the thousands of happy AMC appraisers. The anti-AMC appraisers are outnumbered by the pro-AMC appraisers.
