    I am trying to set up a Paragon MLS (Columbia, SC) to use the 1004MC excel spreadsheet tool.

    The closest I have come is this spreadsheet screen (see attachment)

    But it will not let me download the data, the right click function is completely disabled and there is no download option... You can only view and print ...

    Any suggestions??

    Surely the MLS system would have the ability to export to Excel.

    From the FNIS Paragon Knowledge Base

    "Exporting excel spreadsheet form online;

    You must be using MS office ver 2000 or newer with the web options installed for it to display with in the window. If you have office 97/98se when you choose excel it will launch the excel product."

    Preston,

    If yours is like mine, on the output page, where your report gets generated, there should be an export function.

    you want to chose the comma delimited...blah blah....function.

    It will post up some funny looking stuff on the page...copy and paste it into your excel file and you should get a nice spreadsheet.

    This is the Export function :) I tell you this is a poorly designed MLS system that they are stuck with down in SC.

    Preston,
    I opened your thumbnail. All listings there have check marks and the color of the page is blue. It means that you had seleced the page. I right clicked somewhere on that page and copied it to my mouse clipboard and then I went to my excel worksheet and clicked on the cell A1 and paste the whole blue sheet there. but still it was locked and I could not unchek the marks on those selected boxes and could not get rid of blue color. I think it is protected
    Can you uncheck the selected boxes and get rid of blue color when you copy and paste it to the workseet? If you can, you are home free. All you have to do is copy it to your mouse clipboard and then paste it to the workseet and then you have to alter it in someway to fit with the worksheet.

    Yeah, but it isn't the comma delimited version...it will pop up as an option underneath where you click Export.

    it will look like junk when you do it right, and then you copy and paste to your application.

    Maybe you need a file conversion utility.
