I hate it when people just post a thread title and link, without any info that would let me know whether I want to even click on the link and wait.... for it to load.
Gosh.....I had no idea your time was so valuable and your computer so slow. If you see a thread by me, in the NC Forum it is a pretty good bet it will not be of much interest to CA appraisers.
Prosecutors say the 54-year-old and others conspired to provide banks with false information to secure mortgages for a real estate development called the Village of Penland. Between 2001 and 2007, Carpenter's legal clients closed more than 300 residential real estate loans secured by Penland lots valued at $108 million.
