    I have very little sympathy for those who don't pay their mortgage. As far as the banks illegally taking possession of homes within 1 or 2 months of missing a payment... not cool. The joke that is mortgage modification? Not cool.

    The underlying fear in the whole foreclosure mess is that some of the subprime
    mortgages were sold multiple times by Wall Street (ie, JP Morgan, Lehman,
    and Goldman Sachs). When you decide to allow moral hazard you never know
    how far it will extend. As Betty Davis said, "Hold on, its going to be a bumpy
    ride."

    But if Orange man was allowed to walked with hundred of millions....

    nobody will go to jail....nobody got fired from the SEC over Madhoff.....it can't get any easier than that!
