Didn't work with the Holy Land experience, won't work with the homes. But anyone can apply for a. "religious facility" exemption. I worked for a decade in tax appraising and every year people with mail-order ministry licenses would file to get their homes exempted as a "place of worship". Routinely rejected as primary use was as a home.
