Remember the good old days of appraising before licensing Firrea, USPAP, maybe little R41C, when SRA's and MAI's were gods, and the Gipper was in office. Take a few appraisals course at the local JC and you were qualified and ready to fight with your dot matrix printer, 35mm film, copy machines, etc. Even Fluffy the cat became a warm blooded appraiser through that nameless appraisal organization out of AZ, but later did time with Charles Keating's bunk mate in the big house. I was working during the good times at your typical California party hard rock n roll S & L now on the redemptions of the American tax payer along with the other billions bailout debacle. Those were more simple times and I reflect back now because I was young and an ambitious business man warring suits and ties going to happy hour with the office gangs sometimes at lunch and never returning to the waiting office full of Lo & UW messages.

Oh whatever happen to the days of the famous Cat name Fluffy?

My first wife and I had a cat named Fluffy. He lived about 20 years longer than our marriage. Old puddy by the time he kicked the bucket.
