FNMA Forclosures - Owners can rent back

    Fannie Mae announced they are continuing the suspension of foreclosure sales & evictions to 1/31/09.




    Ooops, my mistake, apparently not renting back to OWNERS, but to current tenants.

    Sounds like the beginning of the FNMA "Rent to Own" program.

    Only fair, in my opinion! Do the tenants pay the rent directly to Fannie Mae?
