Help! I feel like an idiot asking these questions, but I am not sure who else to ask...I want to make sure I am including all necessary forms & comments in a general purpose appraisal form. Do I need a USPAP addendum? There are spaces for additional comments on Scope of Work and Additional Certifications. Any input would be appreciated. I do not want to leave anything out. Thank you!

Take a look at your copy of the current USPAP. For your communication of an appraisal, focus on Standards Rule 2-2; it's all there for you.

    What's a USPAP addendum? What's in it?
