After the recent downsizing across the country over the past few years, I decided that I wanted to actively follow my interests, real estate appraising. I've had 10 plus years service management experience with great people skills, analytical skills and computer skills.

I recently passed my IL associate appraiser exam and I am now searching for a knowledgeable mentor. Any help or assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks in advance!

Jason: If you still have a job, DO NOT QUIT YOUR JOB. Protect your job like a precious gift. If you have any responsiblities for spouse, family, property, etc., do not consider going into real estate appraisal. Sorry for the bluntness. Don't mean to be negative. DO NOT QUIT YOUR JOB!
