I just got an order via email with a file attachment that I am supposed to open. It's an *.ord file and this is apparently associated with WinTotal and Xsites.

I called WinTotal and they can't help me as I am out of contract with them. (This would be a very good opportunity for them to show me the benefits of using WinTotal over my current software, but they don't see it that way.)

    Can anyone help me?

Not to be too sarcastic, but it kind of sounds like they are showing you the benefits of using their product.

I believe .ord files are non existant if I remember correctly. I believe they were retired when Aurora was released.
