    God, please allow the responses from appraisers to be more professional than the responses from brokers and lenders. Amen.

    Given my experience with one I turned into FannieMae, I'm not impressed. The guy that handled it sounded a like a paid legal consultant for the lending industry.

    How do we fight back as appraiser's? I feel that since HVCC, I've lost some of the lenders I did "good" work for.? any comments?

    Good one. But it's not just appraisers, the joke is on the general public. Wait until AVMs are valuing their properties.
