First we are not attorneys BUT I have more than a few in my family ... First do not take legal advice from forum members including me!. Go to a local Business or Real Estate Attorney and spend the $200.00 for advice an he-she will most likely send your mentor or prior employer a letter stating what and how he-she may be in a bad situation 80% of the time these kind of people crawl into a hole once they find out you are not rolling over but if he does you need the attorney to place him on notice and if the State sends you a letter you need to have your attorney respond *** NOT YOU .. GOOD LUCK AND GOD BLESS

Thank you! I will most certainly take your advice. I am by no means rolling over, and he will find that out soon.

You should also change your handle from, "Trainee to Certified" under your photo;

GW offers sound advice, but for S&G it appears he let you go ?
Was there an action against him from a Client that rubbed him/her the wrong way ?
OR would cause him/her to take such an action ?

Sounds like there is more to this than meets the eyeball.......hmmm

Please remember that you are airing your laundry on a public forum using your name and photo. Your former employer most likely is reading this thread.

I wish you luck but would try the "sit down with coffee" approach if still possible

Sylvia,

What are the grounds for his complaint? What is he stating that you did?

No, there was nothing from a client. There is more to it, in that the son did not like the commission I was given. But, that is neither here, nor there.
