    I don't see anything about C&R in there but I do see section 8 which disqualifies them.

    I am not qualified to tell you if it's legal. Ask your attorney. It looks like it covers most of the bases. Would I sign it? Probably not.

    Equifax is a terrible AMC to work for. They don't care abour experience, only lowest fee appraiser. Heck, they don't even care if your license, just someone to accept their low fees to give them a value.

    Nothing illegal for GA that I can see, so long as they comply with Georgia's AMC law, formally HB1050. If you want to work under those terms, knock yourself out. Butt, granted in the long run, you will not enjoy it... :)
