Anyone ever take this course? It is to be offered in Ruidoso, NM soon and I thought I might take it just to get away from the house for a few days.

Both of those would be great considering my territory. Wish they were closer... but then again nothing is close to where I am.

That class would be beneficial to me as my area is in transition from Orange Groves to residential.....wish it was closer :(

Never taken it, but know of many ASFMRA members who and think it's a good one. If ya fly in, let me know and I'll be happy to meet you at the airport and act as a taxi here in town till you head off. Roads are clear and speed limit signs are "recommended". Ruidoso is beautiful at this time of the year.

I don't fly anywhere since 9/11, I want away from the house! Ramble thru Texas SW of Ft. Worth, then to Midland if I can catch up with someone I know. From Rudiso, over the hill to Tularosa and do some more prospecting on a gas play I have tried to sell for the past 10 years. Then maybe to I-25 and on to SW Colo for a day or two. Back thru Denver city, if time....working vacation so to speak.

John Widdoss will be the instructor...Excellent I'll bet. I was much impressed by him at the Minerals Seminar in Denver in 2003

Terrel, I took this course in Athens, Ga in January. Worthwile course. Relevant to rural transistional property. Can relate to what is happening to suburban fringe area and woodland to hunting recreation. Hope you enjoy it. Jerry Dell

Class is April 22-23. I can hardly wait now. Will leave the 20th, wander X Texas. Will leave there and head for SW Colorado. Be in CO by 24th, Denver about the 27th or 28th,

I cannot imagine this class being a bore, but if it is, I will snooze thru. Its a win win. Good class or good rest...sad to think school is a vacation!

Missed a cap rate AI course last week, my Uncle died and the funeral was on the date of class. Hate that for both reasons...Unc was 88 and ole cowboy from Colorado in the 30's. My last surviving blood uncle (have a foster uncle left)
