Landslide affects road to houses

    Nothing on the local news, but Missouri picked up the story. Houses on hillsides...hmm, these are not always as steep as you might think and there is one or two every year in the state

    Wow, 20 acres? Seems to be a rural area by the maps, but the folks below are in just as much trouble as this nice lady on top of the hill.

    They ain't as bad off as this lady....

    This house was level with the road. The garage has disappeared off the road, and about 4 acres has slid off into the lake below
