When's the last time you rebooted? How many programs you have running?

First time it happened I had about 6 windows open.
The next few, total was the only program open.

I think it might be freezing when the automatic save kicks in??????

Gee, thanks Edd, that helped a lot. Was a groaner for me right now, but maybe I'll laugh at it tomorrow. :p

Sounds like more there than typical (warmer map and all [good one Edd]). Try turning off the auto-save function and download it. Also, reboot. :rainfro: :rainfro: If that doesn't work, I'd send an email request to tech support and then also turn off the firewall just long enough to try to download.

I have had the same problem. Not sure what it was, but it went away. I know, not much help.

Can you get any maps? Or is it only one location that is the issue?

Could be a glitch with Wintotal. About 1 out of 5 times when it goes to save my map I have an error box pop up and it automatically shuts down Wintotal. When I reopen, the data is all good for that report but no map is there....kind of screwy.

Try turning off the auto save feature. Then save just before you go into the map feature.

I found auto save caused me too many hassles, ie. I'm typing away like crazy not realizing the thing started a save (I tend to watch my papers and not the screen)...thus all my typing did not save.

OK. I need to be helpful. I only know one thing if rebooting don't work. We have a firewall/virus protector/worm killer that just screws up everything and when I shut it off my troubles go away. So I shut it off and get wormy or burned or sick. Heck of a choice. Does that help?
