Need an appraiser referral for MN!

Hi everyone,

A friend of mine is moving to Minnesota.. specifically Duluth area. She would like to consult with an appraiser just about some general information (i.e. possible neighborhoods to move into, which neighborhoods are less desirable, etc.) She has a realtor and just isn't getting very good information.
