    Hey Everyone,

I personally have a 6 unit in the San Antonio area that I am thinking of selling. Since TX is a non-disclosure state, I can't get any public info on comp values, etc. Any San Antonio appraisers have any ideas of how I can get a general idea of what it is worth these days? Or rental values?

    Thanks in advance.

Call a general appraiser and order an assignment, period.

Have two or three local Realtors work up a CMA.
