Anyone have this problem? On the grid, the net/gross adjustments are there. On the pdf, they aren't.. I can't figure it out.

  2. There is a check box in win total that tells it not to print. give ma a minute and I'll find it for you.

When you print to .pdf for delivery check the box that says something like "print net gross adjustments".

  4. hit the print button and on the right side is a check box for print net. same thing when you print to pdf just make sure it is checked.

I just got a call about this from one of my clients. The UW wants the adjustments included in the report (apparently he is too damn lazy to do his own math).

Why would Alamode change that 1) without bothering to tell us, and 2) make it so you have to manually select that option every time you send a report?

  7. Mine stays

I do not have to select it each time.

I stand corrected. The option stays for any subsequent reports sent.
