New Field Review Form (2005)

    In the old Field Review form original comp photos were required. Is this the case with the new form introduced in 2005? It seems to me, based on the language in it, that comp photos are now only to be used if new comps are added.

    I still put them on there, I guess it is up to the lender if they want it. You should check with the lender if they want them or not. Sure would save time if you didnt have to waste time on comps that are not good anyway.

    Where do I find "SOW cert #4?"

    You will find cert#4 as a pre-printed item on the certification page on your 2005 form.
