I visited with a couple of my regular clients about the new Fnma forms that go into effect in November. They didn't know what I was talking about. Now I'm thinking about sending out a "press release".

    Any opinions in that regard?

I just got a flyer from ASB that says the final form is still under review. Maybe they are talking about ANOTHER new form to come after this one.

    Rick,

Probably a good idea. Why don't you draft a copy and post it here for others to critique before you send it out. Others might post their own versions of same that could help you. Might have to post under Fannie Mae, but subject matter is general enough, and very timely.

    Regards,

    Tom
