    How can you call yourself a "professional" (said in a very redneck twang) appraiser if you ain't goin to the boards site twice a day every day.:laugh:

    Why Do The Electronic Thing When You Can Do The Real Thing With Very Little Effort On Your Part. Like A Complaint That An Appraiser Appraised My House Too High In Shadow Valley In 2005.

    AMCs

    I think i will submit written statements (they want that anyway)

    Appraisers will need to assure that the AMC is legally registered before accepting a job. I hope they make that a requirement.

    AMCs should be required to pay within 30 days period

    AMCs should have to notify the state if they get a second appraisal
