Anyone have any luck getting one of these? I dont do a lot of work for these guys, accepted an order but cant get a response(typical for them) regarding the compliance letter. I dont want to proceed with this until I get the letter but I keep getting status requests at 300am from India :Eyecrazy:

I ended up canceling order- no response from these clowns. Is anyone doing work for them? If so did you get a letter?

Have done a few jobs for them, but I don't remember anything about a compliance letter.
They only called me when they wanted a second appraisal (I know this because I used to get an email with the previously appraised value estimate for said property sent to me after I submitted report - why I don't know.)
I will no longer accept work from them. The last job they ordered was cancelled AFTER I inspected it. They moved the due date up by two days and then cancelled the order when I said I couldn't meet the new date. And that was after they haggled me down on the fee - never again.

They only send out blasts now, I just ignore them.

And yeah, I got their dumb letter - it was from "name." Literally, that's what it said, it was a letter from "name."

    Best to all in 2011,

    Dave...

The OP's question is specific to Illinois licensed appraisers.
