Can somebody please tell me if Illinois still requires a "Proctored exam" for online courses?

The AI courses (last renewal) did not have a proctored exam although some of the other providers did.

Proctored exams are no longer REQUIRED on every offering, however, there are instances where proctored exams ARE required but this is something that the providers were informed about long ago.
