What a wild ride it has been thus far. Almost seems like a dream. Thank you guys for all the help and advice you have provided along the way. No time to slow down though, I take the MAI exam in December.

I should be taking the test about this time next year. Any advice on things to study? I'll be taking all of my classes through the AI (except my first 75 hours) and so far I've been exposed to pretty much every type of commercial property (no SFR whatsoever).
