    Hello!

I'm wondering how much gross an hour that you make for Residential properties in Rural areas for people who run a one person office. Also, I'm curious if your gross PER HOUR for foreclosures are more or less than for Residential properties that are not foreclosures???

Too hard to figure a $ per hour amount - every appraisal takes a different amount of time!

To damm cheap is what it is.

Keep them city boys and girls where they belong with there city fees. I don't think they last over one or two appraisals out here.

Just for startes it cost more in MLS and Software programs.

M/S cost approach, M/S log cabin cost approach, NADA for Mfg. thats three times what the city boys and girls need.

Nine MLS programs city boys and girls need one.

Then you got the extra gas and milage of ware on your truck.

    Then no ISDN or Broadband

Court house information not on line in many counties.

    Comparables miles apart.

Then putting up with the lenders and underwrites bull of trying to make a rural appraisal into a city appraisal.

To damm cheap, just to damm cheap.

Some days I would be doing good at a buck an hour.
