Hello Everyone,
I am an ag appraiser in Central Florida. One of my large clients has asked me to value a portfolio of ag properties in Georgia. Most of the properties are farmland, irrigated and non-irrigated, with a packing house. A tree farm is mixed in somewhere. Several of the farms are over 1,000 acres, with most in the 300-600 acre range.
What do you use in Georgia to search for sales information? I have been able to find info from most of the tax assessor's websites, but have found that several require subscriptions. Are there any companies that provide search capabilities across multiple counties, with mapping capabilities?
