I'm already signed up! I love this technique, it works wonders, and doesn't cost anything.

For the uninitiated, Tapping refers to a therapy that you can do yourself with very little training. There are many training videos on specific subjects on YouTube. It works on emotional and some physical issues, and can clear them quite quickly.

The Tapping Summit is free, sign up and listen to two talks a day. They're also downloadable.

I invented this 30 years ago and called it poke-u-puncture!

Of course the more natural techinque is to roll yourself in a tub of seed (barley is good) and lay face down in a duck pen.

Navy seals practice this therapy in Afghanistan to work out their physical problems with Taliban, they call it double taps.

    Hey Smokey,

Glad to hear your signed up. I can't wait! This method has worked wonders for me too. It has helped me through a lot of difficult times. People need to realize that they have more control over their own health and well being than they think.
