I'm a provisional appraiser from CT looking for a study guide for taking the CT appraisers exam. I've taken it twice and failed. Does anyone know of a study guide providing complete and accurate study materials? Thank you in advance.

Make up a set of flash cards from the glossaries of your various text books. If you know the terminology & the math, you pretty well got a lock on the test.
