For anyone using the integrated Swift estimator on wintotal there is a bug that is double counting usage.
There is suppose to be a 7 day window to make changes; however, currently each time you open this report the system is counting it as another usage.
I was told by tech support that they will be looking into the situation and hopefully will have a fix.

    Had same problem

    Hi George,
I had the same problem, been too busy to call. Funny how they can have that bug, but the program to let me know I used the two estimaters I purchased worked just fine! (and I edited the same report within my seven days and got charged for two like you). Besides, if we are using the estimator for the same report, why should there be a time limit?

I spoke with tech again this afternoon and believe that they are working on a solution. I was told that once they can figure out what's going on everyone affected would be credited for the duplicate billing.

And you believe that statement?? LOL

Why don't companies ever make mistakes that financially benefit the customer??

    They do.

Companies often make such mistakes. What one never sees is a post here complaining about it. :new_all_coholic:
