    I find it absolutely amazing that anyone would fall for the initial pitch! WC Fields was right ....:shrug:

    Yeah, I agree Doug. :shrug: My parents did a good job of pointing out these type schemes to me at an early age, and being an appraiser I'm automatically skeptical. <_< But as intact homes and family financial teachings are becoming scarce, sometimes people just have to learn the hard way. :( I've never fallen for magic beans like this, but have made some small purchases that didn't turn out to be what I though it would. :angry: Gotta watch what you buy on Ebay. :redface:

    You know me ... I am too tight to get taken ...:rofl: Not really a cheapskate ... just never had a lot to work with and had to make sure that I was getting the most for my $$$ ..... I over research everything ...:rofl: :rofl:
