    There's an interesting article on CNETs site about Zillow. The article never mentions the accuracy of it, only the marketing side of it. That's how Zillow stays in business...attracting "clicks" to banks, etc, not providing accurate information.

    This is the first time on one of these "depressed list" that I have not seen our Fort Myers-Cape Coral make the list.

    For a typical house, Zillow is quite accurate for most of the country. I realize it is a reflex action for many blindly to bash all AVM's in any context, and it is precisely that type of unsupported opinion creates a need for AVM type products.

    Maybe true ,Co Potato ,
    for an average house;
    but there are so many below average, above average homes/real estate.

    So some pretty important differences between an Irish ,Idaho & a sweet potato.
