Are you going to Valuation 2005 in New Orleans - 25/26/27 May?

Is there any interest in having a forum lunch or dinner or pub crawl?

    B) Terry,

Obviously you know by now that I am going. I would hope a lot of forumites will go as well. I am going to learn, and to attend the instructor training on the new forms. I am also going to do a cruise related to this event. January 28 - February 4, 2006 leaving out of Fort Lauderdale. Hope some forumites will come along on that as well. I give my pledge that we will have fun, and get in some CE while at sea.

If for some reason a forumite does not want to post here that they are going, how about send me or Terry a PM?

    Joan,

Still having one this year in Orlando? Been there twice, good time, although I wasn't crazy about the change in the breakout rooms. Seems you had to sign up for a class to sit in. I liked it much better last year when you could walk in and out of seminars.

Too far for me, but I'll go to the one in Las Vegas in the fall.

    TC,

I see your point. I have always been the type not to sit still in class but now I am on the other side of the equation. When you get that many people in one place, crowd management becomes an issue.

The barcoding process we began last year, and we are still perfecting, helps us to know where folks belong for CE and who has paid to be where. It will also tell us if you were in class for the proper number of hours and then print a certifcate at the end. That last piece will be tested for the first time in New Orleans.

If I hear you correctly you aren't there for CE. Your comments will actually help me perfect the barcoding system. I should give you the option to choose CE or no CE. Then we could allow you into multiple sessions.

Orlando isn't on the calendar anytime soon. It's back to Vegas for Nov 05 and 06. We are seeking a location for May 05. We would like to go to the northeast but haven't found an affordable yet fun location yet. Any suggestions?

    B) Joan,

You didn't ask me the question, but, in May? Atlantic City comes to mind. Also, Boston.

The last place I want to be in Nov-Dec is the Northeast, that's why I went to Orlando 2 years in a row. Maybe I'll try Vegas.

    B) For all who are going, I suggest a meeting of "Forumites" for a "Howdy Session". I am open to suggestions as to time and place.
