What does 3.6 or forms have to do with TAF ? They don't create forms or dictate what forms if any are used and your just off on another tangent. Geez what did the Boy's do to you it's plain crazy.

"They're not only necessary....real estate appraisers are critical, to not only the health of this country, but to the health of THE WORLD. We know we drive the economic engine. We know that the value underlying collateral for the value of everything is so important...."
Ms.Davids goes on to say we need to sit down with the gses and the AMCs to face our fears together.... how we are a necessary part of an engine that is needed to run.
Shortly after all this there is a break for one of their sponsors.... which is for property data collectors....

Any Solutions ? Who should you negotiate with if the AMCs and GSEs are in control ? Workers typically negotiate contracts with their employers and like it or not unless doing private non lender assignments the Lenders and AMCs are who pays you.10 minutes in....

It's okay to not sit down with them because your A Lone Wolf but that means one doesnt need the pack to defend it from other predators.
