I should've made this a poll, but this allows for greater flexibility in your responses.

Oh - that's an Advisory Opinion?

I'd probably say it's AO-19 which I so flagrantly email, fax and quote to IDIJT clients/lenders.

Watch out where the huskies go..., and...

Being with a bank, #10 was always my favorite; it is now superceded by #'s 25, 26, & 27, my new faves. Bank customers were always trying to get us to use their hand-picked skippies, but we would simply show them good ol' AO#10, and tell them we would be picking the appraiser.

Yes, the quote was slightly altered in my attempt to quote Mr. Zappa.

The ones on my New Laz boy. That says "Keep upholstery away from flames or lit cigarettes". Then says "Be careful when smoking". And I would have never know to "Keep children away from matches and lighters."

I would have liked my friends that were vacationing with a tour group in Thailand to have had a tsunami AO. No e-mail replies for a few days now
