    The way I remember it, this is why Wayne allowed the change. Things were getting rough in the appraisal world, a few posters found themselves having to defend posts on the AF, AMCs were blacklisting forumites, forumites were being harassed, etc. so Wayne allowed for handles.
    Somewhat, but I still consider All Saints Day, Mardi Gras, and Good Friday holidays and take off.

    No problem with me...We can start over tomorrow just like it never happened... BTW, I'm hiding my own Easter eggs this year. I found most of them last year. It's how I keep score.

    Yep, we've talked a few times in the past. Still carrying on in my traditional way as was called by an infamous MAI AMC manager: back woods, banjo playing, truck driving, redneck. Except, I'm now in Atlanta and use AMC form appraisal request as back up paper in the Hiney Hiding stalls. So hot, want to touch the hiney. - YouTube
